If you already have a website running under Version 3, there is an automatic conversion script that will convert your site to Version 4. Your old site is unaffected, and can continue to run normally while you prepare the new V4 site for launch.

Some of your content will need to be reconfigured or updated to take advantage of new V4 features that don't exist in V3, such as:
Exware will assist with this work, of course. You can be involved as much or as little as you like, much like when your original website was built.
If you are contemplating any major work to your site, such as a graphic re-design, or clean-up of your content and navigation, this will be a good time to do it.
Once your new site is ready, Exware will run a final sync script to bring in any new memberships, registrations, or purchases that have occurred since the original conversion. And then your new site is turned on.
Your old Version 3 site will remain available at a private URL that you can access any time if you need to look up data on the old system.
