Advertising Module

For each banner ad(w/ tracking turned on), the module will track:

• the IP address of the person clicking on the banner
• the URL where the banner was clicked
• the time when the banner was clicked

How do you turn on tracking?

1. Go to Advertising module
2. Click 'Edit' on the banner that you want to turn on tracking
3. Under 'Logging', choose 'on'
4. Click 'Submit'

How do you view Reports?

1. Go to Advertising module
2. Click 'View Details' on the banner that you want to view click details
•  you can export this report to Excel

What happens when the click budget is depleted?

Once the banner ad budget has been used, the system will automatically disable the ad. The system will automatically send an email notification to the system administrator.
