Inserting Anchors
Within the editor, place your cursor to the left of the text you want to anchor to. This may be a title, for example.
Click the anchor icon
in the toolbar and give it a specific name, something that relates to the text. Note: It should be one word with no spaces
The anchor should appear as a small grey icon beside the text
Now that the anchor is there, we can link to it
At the top, add text that will be used as the link
Highlight the text, and click on the insert link icon in the toolbar
In the "To" field,
add a hashtag followed by the anchor name
set earlier (e.g. #specificname)
Click Insert
Submit and preview the page
Publish the page
